This pristine location is the home of Island Pure, where Susan and Craig Berlin
established their sheep dairy in 1991.
The sheep are brought into the dairy twice a day for milking.
Being creatures of habit, sheep always go to the same milking station.
Each ewe produces about 1 litre of milk.
The range from Island Pure includes Haloumi, Kefalotiri, Manchego and Fetta
cheeses, plus a Natural and Island Honey Yogurt.
