Michaela has worked as a professional actor for a number of years after graduating from the Flinders University Drama Centre. Her work includes performing for the State Theatre Company of South Australia, Playbox Theatre Company, Melbourne Theatre Company and Brink Productions.

Chris Jarmer

A Third generation chef, brought up in family business Chris started his apprenticeship at the age of 14. Chris has worked for the Hyatt both in Adelaide and Sydney and represented Australia in the work skill Olympics.

A fifth generation Barossan, Stephen John this year celebrates three decades of winemaking, in his own Stephen John Winery, nestling in a cozy valley at the southern end of the picturesque Clare Valley.

John believes wine has a synergy with food and that South Australian wines have the structure and finesse of Europe's best, complimented by intense fine fruit flavours and spice, a product of Australian sunlight.
